Accessibility Statement

This is the official accessibility statement for Mortgage Endgame. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions for corrections, feel free to send us an email at accessibility@mortgageendgame.com.

Access Keys

Most browsers provide the mechanism for you to jump to specific links by typing access key codes that have been defined on this website. Unfortunately, the use of access keys is not standardized between web browsers on the PC. Therefore, we have included the following chart to assist you:

Windows operating system and Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher — press and hold the ALT key, then press the appropriate access key. Release both and press the ENTER key.

Windows operating system and Firefox 2.0 or higher — you must press and hold both the ALT and SHIFT keys while pressing the appropriate access key. After releasing all three keys, press the ENTER key.

Macintosh operating system and Safari — press the hold Control key, then press the appropriate access key.

Resize Text

The easiest way to resize the text size on the screen is to use keyboard commands. This application seems to be standardized on both the Windows operating system and the Macintosh operating systems and with the Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari web browsers. The command to resize the text size is to press and hold the Control key, next press the + key increase the size or press the key to decrease the size of the text.

Standards Compliance

  1. All pages on this site are Cynthia Tested, complying to Federal Regulations 508. At this time this is a judgment call. Many of the accessibility features can be analytically measures, but many are not quantifiable. The staff of Mortgage Endgame has reviewed all of the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance with the Federal regulations.
  2. All pages on this site are Section 508 approved, complying with all of the U.S. Federal Government Section 508 Guidelines. Again, a judgment call. The staff of Mortgage Endgame has reviewed all the guidelines and believe that all these pages are in compliance.
  3. All pages on this site validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional. This is not a judgment call; a program can determine with 100% accuracy whether a page is valid XHTML. For example, check the home page for XHTML validity.
  4. The cascading style sheet utilized on this site validate as CSS 2.1. This is not a judgment call. A program can determine with 100% accuracy whether a page is valid XHTML. For example, check the style sheet for CSS 2.0 validity.
  5. All pages on this site use structured semantic markup. H2 tags are used for main titles, H3 tags for subtitles. For example, on this page, JAWS users can skip to the next section within the accessibility statement by pressing ALT+INSERT+3.

  1. Many links have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target (such as the headline of an article).
  2. Links are written to make sense out of context.

  1. All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.

Visual design

  1. This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.
  2. This site uses only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers.
  3. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.

Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Valid CSS!

Participation Phase

Documentation Development

Upon successful completion of the Education Phase, you have obtained the knowledge to begin utilizing the tools we are using to prosecute the "Instant Case" court fight. The most important tools are the documentation of fraud and the calculation of your damages. We help you to correctly document the material inaccuracies, fraudulent statements, identify fraudulent signatures, invalid releases of liens and unrecorded transfers and assignments of the promissory note and Deed of Trust.

Litigation Participation

After completing your documentation, you have to make a choice. Are you willing to participate free of charge in a pool of potential litigants? From this pool of litigants, we at Mortgage Endgame will data mine and analyze the documents submitted for common points of interest and general trends.

Once we have identified these common points and trends, the analysis is submitted to legal counsel. Counsel then files the pleading in court to begin the litigation process.
