National Consensus of MERS Fraud
(Federal & State Actions Filed Against MERS)

1. Wall Street And The Financial Crisis: Anatomy Of A Financial Collapse
    "The Wall Street Report"

United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee On Investigations

In these six hundred pages, "The Wall Street Report," prepared under the leadership of Senator Carl Levin, presents a detailed analysis of the abuses by Wall Street, commercial banking institutions, investment firms, ratings agencies and Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE’s), such as Fannie Mae. Congress and the Executive Branch of the Federal government, along with Federal Regulatory Agencies, lead, contributed and allowed the residential mortgage crisis to occur.

Congress and the Executive Branch repealed federal regulations in place since 1927 and created an atmosphere in which banks would become
"Too-Big-To-Fail." This atmosphere of relaxed regulatory oversight allowed the fraud perpetrated by all parties, including Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), to rampantly develop and grow out of control.

2. Federal Housing Finance Agency, As Conservator For The Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation (Fannie Mae) v. GMAC, LLC. et. al.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) sued 94 banks, investment firms and mortgage companies for fraudulently selling improperly securitized mortgages.

3. US Office Of The Comptroller Cease And Desist Order In The Matter Of
MERSCORP, Inc. And Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.

    OCC No. AA-EC-11-20

4. State Of Delaware v. MERSCORP, Inc. And Mortgage Electronic
    Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS).

    CA No. 6987-CS

5. Doug Welborn et. al. v The Bank Of New York Mellon et. al.
    3:12-cv-00220 JJB-SCR (includes 26 Louisiana Parishes)

6. John L. O’Brien, Jr., Register Of Deeds, Southern Essex District,
    Commonwealth Of Massachusetts

Calls for Federal & State full scale criminal investigation of and criminal action
against "MERS" and the big banks for mortgage and document registry fraud.

7. Testimony Of R. K. Arnold, Chairman & CEO Of "MERSCORP, Inc." And
"Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS)" Before
The House And Senate Subcommittees On November 18, 2010.

8. Washington State Supreme Court Opinion
The Washington State Supreme Court confirms the illegality of MERS claiming
the right to be an Orginial Mortgagee, Nominee, Beneficiary or Holder in Due
Course without first legally proving they are the owner of the Promissory Note.
The Court further identifies the misrepresentation and fraud potential associated
    with the MERS System.
