(For Immediate Release)

For years now, the American homeowner has been under attack. Much has been written about the mortgage crisis, many theories have been presented and the human suffering attributed to fraud has developed into a deafening crescendo.

Our government representatives, on all levels, have shown a breathtaking indifference to this fraud-induced suffering and have done virtually nothing of substance to mitigate this onslaught. This extremely complex problem has been relegated to mainstream sound-bites, frivolous finger pointing and useless programs designed to be a band-aid solution applied to a gushing wound.

Until Now!

Over the last five years, a dedicated group of researchers and business professionals have been diligently investigating this issue with the goals of identifying the root of the problem and subsequently defining a solution. Two things have became clear. The problem started to metastasize in 1997 and the pre-eminence of the newly developed mortgage electronic registry system referred to as "MERS" appeared on the scene simultaneously. Could there be a connection?

What this dynamic team of researchers discovered was startling. In just a few short years, "MERS" had become "the " prominent player in the mortgage finance industry and has been the controlling influence in the destruction of tens of millions of residential mortgage "Chains of Title."

This mysterious and shadowy organization most definitely had much to do with this mortgage crisis and the so-called "Housing Bubble". However, details, until now, were in short supply. This wasn’t to last. It was discovered that "MERS" had, and to this day maintains, an incredibly sophisticated encryption protocol imbedded in the search engine functions of their website specifically intended to make it impossible for homeowners to discover their mortgage information.

Over a thousand man hours and many dollars later, what these sleuths revealed is nothing short of mind blowing! The code was legally cracked and the truth came out in the form of more than 11,000 pages of first-party admissible evidence.

If your curiosity is peaked and you desire to learn more about the Solution, please contact our Public Relations Director to determine if your mortgage is compromised and how you can help affect the solution.

Public speakers are available to come to your town and inform your citizen group, church or civic organization.
